firstable thanks for the fast reply it even better than the live support that keep ignoring my messages and not being helpful at all. so you got my respect for that.
secondly - that kinda weird, they should update the style of how it goes because it very confusing, they cant just put a dollar logo by the rewards and make everyone believe they will get actually money from a free contest - thats wrong.
this is why i am so mad at the service i got.
also they promised to give me a solution for 4 itmes bug of coco bonus that didnt worked even that i pressed it in the second it appear and it keep poping up messages like : you are not VIP14 to get the coco bonus. but i was vip14 for 2 days already and it didnt worked 4 times, i have screenshot and diffrent day even a video. they keep telling they checking it with make it resolve and give me a compensation - thats disrespectful since i waiting on the chats 10 days to be resolved and they keep closing my chats.
should i be worry about the way they handling issues on the websites ?
